Innovation Service Request Template

NOTE: This is preliminary and work in progress.

Requests for new innovation services listed here must include this information:

1. Service title
2. Short service description (max 2 lines)
3. An image representing the service. 600x400 px, jpg or png, as a separate file, not in the office document
4. Five to ten lines or bullet points describing the service
5. Five to ten lines description of the infrastructure/lab providing the service
6. Link to the infrastructure/lab's website
7. A link to the service request form (if this does not exist, an email contact available for service requests)
8. A "user success story" related to the service:
   1. A link to an external web resource (text or a short video)
   2. Alternatively, a few lines of user testimonial (it can be reference to a published article with summary?)
