Innovation Service Request Template

Procedure to requests new innovation services to be listed here:

Prepare an office document with this content:

1. The title of the new service
2. A short service description (max 2 lines)
3. Five to ten lines or bullet points describing the service
4. Five to ten lines description of the infrastructure/lab providing the service
5. Link to the infrastructure/lab's website
6. A link to the service request form (if this does not exist, an email contact that handles your service requests)
7. A "user success story" related to the service:
   1. A link to an external web resource (text or a short video)
   2. Alternatively, a few lines of user testimonial (it can be a reference to a published article with a summary)

Prepare images:

1. Prepare an image representing the service. Go for a 600x400px image in jpg format. Send it as a separate file and do not embed the image in the office document.
2. Prepare a logo of the service provider.

Submission:

Send the office document and the media to innovation@envri.eu .
